Medicinal Massage
Each session is unique, combining an eclectic blend of deep tissue and energetic techniques including Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Connective Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Swedish, Maya Abdominal Therapy, Aromatherapy. All sessions are integrative, providing deeply relaxing, yet resolution focused outcomes. They are also supportive of people in transitions of all kinds, trauma survivors, those in recovery, and those in bereavement. This work supports your ability to foster grace for life’s journey. 1 and 1.5 hour sessions available.
Prenatal Massage
Also known as pregnancy massage, it is supportive of the physiological, structural, and emotional well being of both mother and fetus. Massage during pregnancy provides much needed nurturing during this special time. Prenatal massage therapy, like all of my sessions, is offered in a quiet, comfortable room, and is performed while the mother-to-be is lying on her back and side, supported by pillows and bolsters. Sessions include an eclectic blend of most of the modalities summarized in the Medicinal Massage description above. 1 and 1.5 hour sessions available.
Post-partum Massage
Birthing calls upon all of a woman’s substantial resources. Post-partum massage is a wonderful way to honor this transformational experience. This treatment is a nurturing, healing and nourishing retreat for mothers. Sessions include an eclectic blend of most of the modalities summarized in the Medicinal Massage description above. It makes a welcome gift for a woman who has recently given birth. 1 and 1.5 hour sessions available.
Chakra Balancing Massage
This session is ideal when one is feeling ungrounded from travel, upheaval and unexpected occurrences in ones life. Custom essential oils blends, based on my own research, balance energy centers of the body called chakras. The result of this aromatic, audio and tactile experience is a calmer, clearer, more open and joy-full state of being. Sessions include an eclectic blend of most of the modalities summarized in the Medicinal Massage description above. 1 and 1.5 hour sessions available.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make wonderful gifts for those you care about. Certificates are available for either one hour or one and one half hour sessions.
- $9o-$120 per hour private session (sliding fee scale)
- $140-$180 per one and a half hour private session (sliding fee scale)
